🧠 What You’ll Do

• 📋 Conduct functional behavior assessments and evaluations

• 🗣️ Implement ABA strategies with a focus on verbal behavior development

• 🛠️ Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• 🙌 Provide direct and indirect ABA services to clients

• 🎓 Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and junior staff on ABA principles

• 🤝 Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and caregivers

🎓 What You’ll Bring

• ✅ Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (Required)

• 🧠 Experience working with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities

• 🚗 Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• 💬 Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 💡 Team-player mindset with a passion for collaboration

• 📜 Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (Required)

• 🏥 Medicaid Credentialed (Preferred but not required)
