π‘ What You’ll Do
π§ Clinical Impact

Create and implement function-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) rooted in evidence-based ABA practices.

Lead assessments like FBAs and update plans based on real-time data and client needs.

Monitor treatment goals across life domains (behavior, independent living, vocational), with a focus on 80% achievement or higher π.

Oversee treatment integrity, collect and audit data, and ensure clinical excellence.

Conduct monthly observations focused on quality assurance and inter-observer agreement (IOA).
π€ Team Supervision & Staff Growth

Provide meaningful 1:1 supervision to behavior technicians, ensuring they’re confident and competent π.

Run collaborative team huddles and 1:1 check-ins to guide and support implementation.

Train your team on ABA protocols, data systems, and progress tracking (bonus points for your Excel skills π).

Conduct biannual performance evaluations with constructive feedback and goals.

Mentor new staff with hands-on guidance and structured onboarding.

Hold monthly caregiver consultations and keep parent communication logs updated.

Proactively resolve concerns and elevate more complex matters as needed.

Follow reporting procedures for incidents and ensure documentation accuracy.

π What You Bring to the Table

π Masterβs degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
-
π§Ύ Active BCBA certification in good standing
-
β 2+ years in a supervisory or lead clinical role in ABA
-
π Proficiency in behavior data systems (ACE, Catalyst, or similar)
-
βοΈ Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills
-
π€ Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
Bonus Points If You Have:

Direct experience with autism or developmental disabilities

Knowledge of IEPs and how to support in educational settings

Familiarity with de-escalation, CPI, or other crisis protocols
