  • Lead team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development

  • Support staff through real-time feedback and structured supervision

  • Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to staff growth and retention

  • Play an active role in onboarding and mentoring new team members

This role places strong emphasis on coaching, training, and parent communication โ€” those elements are critical to clinical success and will ebb and flow based on student and family needs.

  • Maintain open, professional, and compassionate communication with families

  • Participate in parent meetings, caregiver consultations, and ongoing collaboration

  • Coordinate communication between home, school, and outside providers as needed

  • Oversee data collection, graphing, and progress monitoring

  • Ensure timely completion of reports and documentation

  • Maintain high standards for treatment integrity and clinical fidelity

  • Support safety through consistent implementation of de-escalation strategies

  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Experience supervising staff in a clinical or school-based ABA setting

  • Comfort working on-site in a structured, classroom-based environment

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage higher-acuity behavioral profiles with confidence and professionalism

Nice to Have:

  • School-based ABA or educational setting experience

  • Familiarity with IEPs and multidisciplinary collaboration

  • Experience with de-escalation or crisis intervention strategies

๐ŸŽ What We Offer (Major Differentiators)

  • School-calendar schedule with built-in breaks and holidays

  • 13 days of PTO (single bank) in addition to paid holidays and school-closed weeks

  • Staff development and training days built into the calendar

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance

  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities

  • Childcare reimbursement and flexible spending accounts

  • Supportive, mission-driven culture focused on student and staff success
