Weโre seeking a hands-on, clinically strong BCBA who values meaningful work, strong team collaboration, and making real progress with students and families. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys being embedded with their team, coaching staff in real time, and working within a structured school-based environment.
This is not a high-volume or remote role โ itโs a presence-based leadership position with a manageable caseload, strong support, and a school-calendar schedule that promotes long-term sustainability.
๐ก What Youโll Do
๐ง Clinical Leadership & Impact

Serve as the primary BCBA for one dedicated team

Manage a caseload of 9โ13 students maximum

Develop, implement, and oversee function-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-
Conduct FBAs and update plans based on data, student progress, and family input
-
Monitor treatment effectiveness and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes
-
Ensure consistent and accurate implementation of behavior plans across settings
-
Support students who may present with frequent or high-intensity behaviors (comfort with this profile is essential)
๐ค Supervision, Coaching & Staff Development

Directly supervise 9โ13 staff members aligned to your student caseload

Provide heavy hands-on coaching, training, and in-class modeling

Lead team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development

Support staff through real-time feedback and structured supervision

Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to staff growth and retention

Play an active role in onboarding and mentoring new team members
This role places strong emphasis on coaching, training, and parent communication โ those elements are critical to clinical success and will ebb and flow based on student and family needs.

Maintain open, professional, and compassionate communication with families

Participate in parent meetings, caregiver consultations, and ongoing collaboration

Coordinate communication between home, school, and outside providers as needed

Ensure family concerns are addressed proactively and respectfully

Oversee data collection, graphing, and progress monitoring

Ensure timely completion of reports and documentation

Maintain high standards for treatment integrity and clinical fidelity

Support safety through consistent implementation of de-escalation strategies
๐ What You Bring
-
Masterโs degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
-
Active BCBA certification in good standing
-
Experience supervising staff in a clinical or school-based ABA setting

Comfort working on-site in a structured, classroom-based environment
-
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
-
Ability to manage higher-acuity behavioral profiles with confidence and professionalism
Nice to Have:

School-based ABA or educational setting experience

Familiarity with IEPs and multidisciplinary collaboration

Experience with de-escalation or crisis intervention strategies
