Job Description:
Assessments/re-assessments: FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, SRS-2, Vineland, PDDI-BI, etc.
Analyzing assessment data and indirect assessment data to identify goals
Design, write and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies.
Provide ongoing review and update changes of goals
Provide supervision/train RBTs
Provide support to the team and to daily operations
Provide parent training
Maintain Safety Care Certification (annually) – provided in the clinic
Collaborate with the team
Attend/present peer-review with other BCBAs
Additional job duty is required as needed.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or Related Field.
Valid BCBA Certification (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA (preferred)
Must pass a background check and drug test
Follows BACB Professional Guidelines
