Our client, BCBA owned start up ABA company is seeking a “Foundational BCBA” to establish their new in-home and in-clinic based agency. This is the chance to get in on the ground floor and work hand in hand with ownership to establish a top notch organization!

Job Description:
As part of the organization, it is the responsibility of the BCBA to conduct various descriptive and
systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R,
VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.). The BCBA then provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results and designs
comprehensive ABA treatment plans based off of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research
literature. The BCBA provides training and supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts,
Registered Behavior Technicians, and other responsible parties tasked with the implementation of
behavior analytic interventions. The BCBA then supervises and monitors treatment progress of a client
through data-based progress monitoring. The BCBA also provides training to parents/guardians and other
responsible parties for the client.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications:
• Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related
field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual behavioral
programs
• Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
• Experience in ABA, behavior management, and supervision
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing, and supporting entry-level direct
care staff
• Understanding and implementation of center day to day workflow
• High degree of empathy to interact with families
• Outstanding verbal/written communication with families, your team and other

• Excellent attention to detail
• Evangelist for ethical practices, including evidence-based treatment
• Proficient in technology: you use it to accelerate your clients’ clinical outcomes

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Assess for appropriateness of services via observations, parent interviews,
initial assessments, review of prior medical records, and
analysis/interpretation of assessments
• Determine eligibility of hours for individual treatment plans based on
assessment results and needs
• Support onboarding needs of family
• Create, develop, and implement individualized ABA programs for clients with
autism
• Evaluate and update client progress via data collection software
• Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavioral therapists)
• Provide parent training and support
• Maximize a family’s opportunities to access recommended interventions
through proactive care coordination and collaboration with local providers
• Adhere to documentation requirements for payers and regulatory bodies and
follow requirements for approved services
