Job Description

Overview: Our client is an established privately owned ABA provider, specializing in early intervention, ages 2-14. They believe in a collaborative environment with multiple levels of support and mentorship.
Location: Columbus & Seymour, IN, Clinic Based
Schedule: Mon-Fri HYBRID SCHEDULE – Work from home 1 day per week
Caseload: 8 (bonus structure w/ caseload above 8)
Billable Hours: 27.5hr per week
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification & Licensed Behavior Analyst
  • Aspiring BCBAs with test date scheduled are encouraged to apply
  • BCaBAs encouraged to apply
 Responsibility Areas: 
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment plans
  • Supervise/train RBTs to implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Administrative Requirements
  • Follows BACB Professional Guidelines
