Overview: Our client is an established privately owned ABA provider, specializing in early intervention. They believe in inclusion, empathy and having a collaborative environment with multiple levels of support and mentorship.

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Schedule: Mon-Fri, Clinic is open 9-6:30 pm (Flexible start end time)

Caseload: 👀ZERO (BCBA will only be supporting mid level supervisors)👀

Billable Hours: 28 per week

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA certification
• Aspiring BCBAs with test date scheduled are encouraged to apply
• All experience levels are welcomed

 Responsibility Areas: 

• Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment plans

• Supervises individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, in natural settings
• Provides coaching and clinical support.
• Supervise/train RBTs to implement effective treatment plans

• Administrative Requirements
• Follows BACB Professional Guidelines

Compensation & Benefits:
