Job Description

Overview: Our client is an established Veteran owned ABA provider operating throughout Indiana and Kentucky.  They believe in a collaborative environment with multiple levels of support and mentorship. The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading and all aspects of ABA programs.
Location: Muncie, IN
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification & Licensed Behavior Analyst (where required)
  • 3+ yrs of experience providing ABA therapy as a BCBA with progressively increasing responsibilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and evidence-based treatment design
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and best practices in ABA therapy
