Job Description

Overview:

  • 95-115k total compensation
  • Locations: Walnut, Irvine, San Jose

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans for clients.

· Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, direct (when staff calls out), and consultations.

· Conduct regular supervision, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

· Collaborate with administrative staff to manage client intake, scheduling, and service delivery.

· Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.

· Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and records.

· Represent the organization in the community and with stakeholders, promoting our mission and services.

Qualifications:

· Current BCBA certification

· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ABA, including supervisory and management roles.

· Previous experience with the EHR/PMS system WebABA and the data collection software Catalyst preferred (not required).

· Proven expertise in developing and overseeing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
