About the Opportunity
We are hiring for a respected ABA provider in the Baltimore-Washington area that specializes in high-quality early intervention services for children with Autism and related developmental delays. This organization emphasizes small caseloads, team collaboration, and strong clinical ethics.

What You’ll Do
-
Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and FBAs
-
Create and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
-
Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and track client progress
-
Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians with fidelity checks and training
-
Train families and caregivers in ABA-based strategies
-
Ensure documentation and ethical compliance in line with BACB standards
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
-
BCBA or Scheduled to take the exam in the next 30 days
-
Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Ed, or a related field
-
At least 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays and ASD
Bonus Points for:

Familiarity with Naturalistic Teaching approaches

Strength in team supervision and staff development
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
