About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a respected ABA provider in the Baltimore-Washington area that specializes in high-quality early intervention services for children with Autism and related developmental delays. This organization emphasizes small caseloads, team collaboration, and strong clinical ethics.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and FBAs

• Create and implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and track client progress

• Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians with fidelity checks and training

• Train families and caregivers in ABA-based strategies

• Ensure documentation and ethical compliance in line with BACB standards

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• BCBA or Scheduled to take the exam in the next 30 days

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Ed, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays and ASD

Bonus Points for:

• Familiarity with Naturalistic Teaching approaches

• Strength in team supervision and staff development

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
