Our client is launching a brand-new ABA center in Norwalk, CT this summer, and we’re building a dream team from the ground up. Their approach blends clinical excellence, family involvement, and fun. 👥 Open Roles & Compensation
Clinical Director – Low/No Caseload
💰 Salary: $100,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
📊 Caseload: Minimal to none (focus on leadership & quality assurance)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
💰 Salary: $75,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
👥 Caseload: 7 full-time clients

📅 Schedule & Work Style

🕗 Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

🏢 100% center-based with occasional admin WFH flexibility

🍽️ 60-minute lunch breaks daily (your call when to take it)
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
As Clinical Director:
-
Lead clinical staff, oversee BCBA performance, and manage clinical quality
-
Support ethical standards, conflict resolution, and safety management
-
Mentor and onboard new clinicians
-
Review client documentation (treatment plans, assessments, BIPs, etc.)
-
Spearhead team meetings, in-service trainings, and culture building
-
Play a key role in growing and shaping the Norwalk center
As a BCBA:
-
Oversee client programming and treatment integrity
-
Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
-
Supervise BTs, RBTs, and interns
-
Lead weekly parent training sessions and maintain active communication
-
Monitor progress and update programs regularly
-
Join collaborative meetings and contribute to team-wide initiatives
✅ What You’ll Need

🧠 BCBA Certification + CT License
-
🎓 Master’s in ABA or related field with ABA focus
-
🧑🏫 1+ year of experience as a BCBA (for BCBA role)

👩💼 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience (for Clinical Director role)

👶 Experience working with kids ages 2–10

✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
