NOTE: Client will fly out of area candidates in to Tucson to tour facility!

🧩 What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Center-based role with a manageable caseload of 10–12 clients

• Expect 27 billable hours/week with full-day intensive ABA programs

• Each client has dedicated full-time RBT support

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments

• Develop and adjust individualized, culturally responsive treatment plans

• Monitor clinical progress through data-driven decision-making

• Collaborate with in-house SLPs, OTs, PTs, and more

• Ensure compliant and timely clinical documentation

• Model clinical integrity and healthy work-life boundaries

Administrative & Leadership Responsibilities (for BCBAs):

• Mentor and support junior clinicians and interns

• Perform chart audits and monitor treatment fidelity

• Lead team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and shape clinic strategy

• Coordinate staff schedules, approve PTO, and ensure coverage

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes

• Supervise BCaBAs or Clinical Interns

• Work closely with senior leadership to elevate service delivery

🔍 What We’re Looking For

For BCBA Role:

• BCBA Certification + AZ LBA (or eligibility to obtain)

• At least 1 year of experience post-certification preferred

• Confident clinical judgment and team leadership qualities

For Clinical Intern Role:

• 70% or more of BCBA supervision hours completed

• Within 6 months of being exam-eligible

• Strong foundation in ABA principles and client care

• Eagerness to learn and grow under mentorship
