We’re working with a well-established ABA provider in the South Charlotte area to help them hire a Clinic Director  to lead one of their center-based programs. This role offers the chance to step into a meaningful leadership position while still staying connected to what matters most—quality clinical care.

This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA with a passion for mentorship, operational leadership, and evidence-based intervention. The organization is deeply rooted in a “quality over quantity” mindset and offers strong support for both clinicians and families.

🧠 Ideal Candidates Will Bring:

• Current BCBA certification (required)

• Active or eligible North Carolina license (or ability to apply immediately)

• At least 2 years of experience in clinic-based or home-based ABA services

• Proficiency in assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, etc.)

• Strength in designing and implementing individualized treatment and behavior support plans

• Passion for supervising and mentoring RBTs

• Ability to analyze and use clinical data to guide treatment

• Commitment to family education and collaboration

• Completion of the BACB’s 8-hour supervision training

• Familiarity with EMR/Practice Management tools (CentralReach a plus)

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, on-site
🎓 Education: Master’s required
