We’re working closely with a respected, BCBA-owned ABA provider in the Santa Rosa area to find a rising clinical leader to join their collaborative, mission-driven team. This opportunity is ideal for someone enrolled in a BCBA program who has already gained experience supervising ABA programs and is looking to grow under experienced clinical mentorship in a supportive, center-based environment.

About the Role

As a Mid-Level Clinical Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism in naturalistic and clinic-based settings

• Conduct regular caregiver meetings and provide hands-on parent training

• Review session data and make program adjustments based on developmental milestones

• Coordinate and overlap with RBTs and direct care staff for coaching and clinical oversight

• Maintain open, professional communication with families and interdisciplinary teams

• Uphold a 70% billable standard (approximately 28 hours weekly)

Requirements

🎓 Education & Credentials

• RBT certification required

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Education, Psychology, or related field

• Actively enrolled in a BCBA program

💼 Experience

• Minimum of 6 months experience supervising ABA programs

✅ Other Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• TB test clearance and background check required
