About the Organization
This mission-driven provider serves adults with developmental and mental health disabilities in residential and community program settings. -
Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and design Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)

Monitor and update behavioral plans in response to data trends
-
Present behavioral findings and recommendations at quarterly/annual IPP meetings
-
Document behavior consultations and reports; manage approximately 2 billable hours per client monthly
-
Collaborate across residential homes (each with 4–6 residents, 1:1 staffing) and a day program serving ~50 participants
Focus Areas: Behavior reduction, crisis response, data-driven plan refinement. No skill-acquisition programming. This is about shaping staff implementation of behavioral protocols—integral to daily quality of life.
