About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a clinic-based setting for a BCBA clinician-owned organization that prioritizes quality of care, staff support, and professional growth. You’ll maintain a manageable caseload and have the resources needed to focus on clinical excellence while mentoring a strong team of behavior technicians.

📈Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and oversight
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to RBTs/Behavior Technicians
  • Facilitate social skills groups and ensure clients meet developmental goals
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure billable targets are met while maintaining high clinical quality

🎯Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing (required) OR scheduled to test in the next 90 days
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians and overseeing client caseloads
  • Strong skills in assessment, data-driven decision-making, and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Prior clinical supervisory experience preferred, but open to strong new BCBAs with leadership potential
