What You’ll Do

• Provide applied behavior analysis services and behavioral consultation across childcare centers in McDonough and surrounding areas.

• Conduct assessments and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism and other developmental challenges.

• Train, supervise, and support RBTs and childcare staff.

• Partner with teachers and parents to ensure consistent progress across home, school, and childcare settings.

What You’ll Need

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

• A compassionate, team-oriented approach to supporting children and families.
