Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Salinas / Central Coast, CA

Position Summary
A growing ABA provider on California’s Central Coast is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their supportive, tight-knit team. This organization has been serving families in the region for over a decade and is known for its collaborative culture, manageable caseloads, and commitment to high-quality, individualized care.

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight and mentorship to ABA team members while ensuring evidence-based, ethical programming. You will supervise RBTs and Program Supervisors, conduct assessments, develop treatment and behavior plans, and collaborate with families and outside agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA programming for 6–9 clients (20–25 billable hours/week)

• Supervise and mentor Program Supervisors, RBTs, and BCaBAs

• Conduct FBAs, assessments, and author Behavior Support Plans

• Lead parent training sessions and collaborate with families

• Provide regular program quality assurance checks

• Maintain compliance with BACB, HIPAA, DDS, and other regulatory guidelines

• Attend weekly clinical development meetings and monthly supervisor meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 95-100K, with flexibility to go higher for well qualified candidates
