Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Salinas / Central Coast, CA
Position Summary
A growing ABA provider on California’s Central Coast is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their supportive, tight-knit team. This organization has been serving families in the region for over a decade and is known for its collaborative culture, manageable caseloads, and commitment to high-quality, individualized care.
As a BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight and mentorship to ABA team members while ensuring evidence-based, ethical programming. You will supervise RBTs and Program Supervisors, conduct assessments, develop treatment and behavior plans, and collaborate with families and outside agencies.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee ABA programming for 6–9 clients (20–25 billable hours/week)

Supervise and mentor Program Supervisors, RBTs, and BCaBAs

Conduct FBAs, assessments, and author Behavior Support Plans

Lead parent training sessions and collaborate with families

Provide regular program quality assurance checks

Maintain compliance with BACB, HIPAA, DDS, and other regulatory guidelines

Attend weekly clinical development meetings and monthly supervisor meetings
Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 95-100K, with flexibility to go higher for well qualified candidates
