Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – Clinic-Based | Charlotte, NC Area

Overview:
We’re partnering with a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider in the Charlotte metro area that’s growing its on-site clinical team. As a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you’ll work alongside experienced clinical leaders who value mentorship, family partnership, and professional development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

  • Provide direct behavior-analytic services and ongoing data collection to track learner progress.

  • Train, mentor, and provide feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians.

  • Collaborate closely with families through regular communication and parent training to ensure generalization of skills.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all services align with ethical and clinical best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Experience with Central Reach or similar ABA data platforms preferred.


Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)
