Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – Clinic-Based | Charlotte, NC Area
Overview:
We’re partnering with a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider in the Charlotte metro area that’s growing its on-site clinical team. As a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you’ll work alongside experienced clinical leaders who value mentorship, family partnership, and professional development. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

Provide direct behavior-analytic services and ongoing data collection to track learner progress.

Train, mentor, and provide feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians.

Collaborate closely with families through regular communication and parent training to ensure generalization of skills.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all services align with ethical and clinical best practices.
Qualifications:

Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience with Central Reach or similar ABA data platforms preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)
