Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-Time | Center-Based | Up to $105,000k Comp

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.

• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

• Maintain high clinical standards focused on play, progress, and family involvement.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

What’s Offered:

• Salary: Up to $105,000 comp annually, depending on experience.

• Sign-on bonus

• Billable expectation: 25–28 hours per week.

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
