What You’ll Do:

• Support 12–18 adults across residential and day settings
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement Behavior Analysis Support Plans (BASPs)
• Train and mentor direct care staff (teach 20-hour ABA course annually)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document via iConnect (Florida Waiver system)

What You’ll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Flexibility to travel between group homes and day programs (1–2 sites daily)
