Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Vista / San Marcos / Carlsbad Region (in home)

We’re partnering with a BCBA-owned, mission-driven ABA provider that is building a high-integrity, client-centered program in Southern California. Although this is a young company, the vision is clear: create a practice where quality clinical work, ethical treatment, strong supervision, and meaningful staff development come first.

This company is a highly supported clinical team where RBTs receive consistent mentorship, strong case oversight, and genuine opportunities to advance their careers.


🌱 What to expect

Our client is intentionally small today — but positioned for rapid, values-led growth. RBTs can expect:

A BCBA-led model that actually knows ABA

  • Owner is a BCBA who understands supervision, best practices, and caseload realities

  • Clinical oversight is never outsourced or ignored

  • Strong collaboration between BCBA and RBTs

Compensation & Hours

  • $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

  • `15-35 hours per week

  • Clinical rate paid for all worked time (including session prep and drive time when applicable)

Clinical Support & Supervision

  • Weekly BCBA supervision focused on skill development, confidence, and ethical practice

  • Access to a BCBA owner who is deeply involved in training and case quality

  • Structured mentorship for RBTs pursuing Senior RBT, Lead RBT, or BCBA tracks

Education & Career Development
