Who We’re Hiring
1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active BCBAs seeking a positive, structured clinical home with strong mentorship and manageable caseloads.
2. BCBA-in-Training (Exam-Ready, 90–180 Days)
Candidates who anticipate sitting for the BCBA exam within 3–6 months.
This pathway includes:

A full-time salaried role while awaiting exam completion

A contingent offer to transition into the full BCBA role upon certification

A well-developed BCBA-in-Training job structure (Team Leader → BCBA track)

What You’ll Do
-
Conduct functional assessments, reassessments, and treatment plans
-
Develop individualized programs & behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
-
Analyze data and make data-based program adjustments
-
Provide ongoing parent training and collaboration
-
Work closely with ST/OT/PT collaborators
-
Supervise your caseload & assigned RBTs
-
Partner with Team Leads, who assist with:
-
Program materials
-
Data sheet creation
-
Binder organization
-
Monthly behavior checks
-
Staff training support
-

Participate in weekly team meetings, trainings, and case reviews
-
Maintain documentation, supervision forms, and clinical notes
Caseload & Billable Expectations

Caseload is supported by Team Leads, significantly reducing admin burden
-
Billables: 25–30 hours/week

Incentive pay available for 30+ billables

Caseload size designed to prevent burnout and promote clinical quality
