🧩 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician – O‘ahu (Honolulu, Central, Windward)
$21–$27/hr | Paid Training | Mon–Fri Schedule

Our client, an established, clinician owned company is hiring motivated, dependable RBTs and Behavior Technicians to serve children and families across Honolulu, Central O‘ahu, and Windward O‘ahu. If you enjoy working with kids, want a stable Monday–Friday schedule, and value strong clinical training, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions (DTT, NET, VB, PRT, RFT)
• Implement PFA–SBT programs (Level 2 training for everyone; Levels 3–4 fully paid for high performers)
• Run small-group sessions (4–7 participants) when qualified — paid at $30/hr
• Collect session data using a company-issued iPad
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and families
• Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and compassionate care

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma (some college preferred)
• Active RBT or enrolled in an RBT course
• CPR/BLS + First Aid (within past 6 months)
• Reliable transportation + driver’s license + insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience working with children (required)
• ABA experience preferred; full training provided
• Access to military installations a plus

Schedule & Pay

• $21–$27/hr based on experience
• $30/hr for group sessions (4–7 participants)
• Typical schedule 30–40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6pm (occasional Saturday based on client needs)
