Regional Director (BCBA) – Baltimore Metro Area
Our client is hiring a Regional Director (BCBA) to lead 3–5 ABA centers across the Baltimore Metro Area (Lutherville, White Marsh, Middle River, Owings Mills). This is a senior-level leadership role overseeing clinical quality, operations, and staff performance. The Regional Director role is fully leadership-focused and carries no caseload. While the position is remote, regular on-site presence at each assigned center is an essential part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
📈Leadership & Center Oversight

Lead 3–5 ABA centers across the Baltimore Metro Area, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Partner with Center Directors to maintain strong clinical programming, staffing alignment, and organizational consistency.

Monitor center performance trends, resource utilization, financial health, and client satisfaction.
🎯Clinical Quality & Best Practices

Serve as a senior BCBA resource for advanced case consultation, peer review, and clinical decision-making.

Support assessment processes, treatment planning, and implementation fidelity across centers.

Ensure compliance with BACB standards, CASP guidance, insurance policies, and state regulations.
📈Team Development & Performance Coaching

Mentor and develop Center Directors, Supervising BCBAs, and clinical staff to build strong, collaborative teams.

Conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and provide targeted feedback or development plans when needed.

Lead regional meetings, support center-level team meetings, and encourage consistent communication across locations.
🎯Operational Excellence

Review center-level metrics such as utilization, staffing ratios, and documentation accuracy.

Ensure billing processes and clinical records meet regulatory and organizational requirements.

Support local marketing initiatives, hiring needs, and community engagement when appropriate.
📈Problem-Solving & Support Coverage

Step into caseload oversight temporarily when vacancies or transitions occur (SBA or Center Director).

Assist Center Directors in addressing incidents, staff concerns, or client-related challenges.

Promote a solutions-driven environment centered around collaboration, quality, and client outcomes.
Qualifications
-
BCBA for 5+ years
-
Minimum 3 years leading multidisciplinary teams in autism or developmental services

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience reviewing performance metrics or budgets (preferred, not required)
Compensation:
-
Base salary up to $115K (DOE, capped)
-
20% bonus opportunity tied to MBO & company performance
-
$5K–$10K sign-on bonus available
