Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Implement, monitor, and adjust programs using data-driven decision-making

  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and outcomes

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary partners

  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing support

  • Supervise and coach RBTs to ensure high-quality ABA implementation

  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards

  • Participate in team meetings and clinical progress reviews


Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Master’s degree in ABA or a related field

  • Experience working with children with autism

  • Strong skills in assessment, program development, and behavior intervention

  • Experience supervising RBTs

  • Clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of BACB ethics and standards
