Hybrid Schedule

1–2 days onsite at the clinic

3-4 days per week remote for supervision, programming, and documentation
Caseload Expectations

25–27 billable hours per week

Clinic-based services

No home-based travel required
Typical Schedule

Clinic hours generally fall between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) will:

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
-
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs
-
Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data
-
Collaborate with families regarding treatment progress
-
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary clinicians including speech and occupational therapists
-
Ensure ethical and clinical standards are maintained across all programming
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking clinicians who demonstrate:

BCBA certification (or close to sitting for the exam)

Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
