Job Summary
Recruit ABA has been engaged to support a long-standing, clinician-founded pediatric therapy organization in downtown Chicago that has been serving families for over 15 years. Founded by a fellow clinician and built intentionally as a true multidisciplinary practice, this organization brings BCBAs together with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and early childhood educators to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. The clinic specializes exclusively in early intervention and preschool-aged children, utilizing an assent-based, play-based ABA model within a stable, well-supported environment. With strong operational infrastructure in place, BCBAs are able to focus on clinical work, collaboration, and professional growth—rather than administrative burden—while joining a team that is well-regarded locally and committed to long-term excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for the BCBA team

• Facilitate weekly clinical workshops to support skill development, consistency, and best practices

• Oversee and guide treatment planning using assent-based, play-based ABA principles

• Maintain a small personal caseload (early intervention / preschool only)

• Conduct assessments, review data, and support treatment integrity across cases

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to support whole-child outcomes

• Support onboarding and clinical development of new BCBAs as the program grows
