About the Organization

Our client is a multi-state, family-centered provider of evidence-based autism services, offering ABA Therapy alongside complementary clinical supports in engaging, clinic-based environments. Their organization serves children and adolescents across multiple states and is continuing to expand thoughtfully through new clinic openings.

They are launching a new Arizona clinic opening February, 2026, and are seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to play a foundational leadership role in this expansion.


The Opportunity

This is a founding clinical leadership opportunity for a BCBA who wants to help build, shape, and lead a clinic from the ground up. The Clinical Director will partner closely with operational leadership to establish strong clinical systems, mentor BCBAs, and set the tone for a collaborative, high-quality clinical culture.

There is a clear growth pathway into broader regional leadership as the organization continues to expand in Arizona.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Program Development

  • Establish and oversee all clinical operations for a new center

  • Select and implement assessments, tools, and treatment frameworks

  • Ensure high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA services

  • Maintain a light caseload (2โ€“3 clients) with reduced billables compared to standard BCBA roles

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Provide direct oversight and mentorship to BCBAs

  • Support clinical skill development, treatment integrity, and professional growth

  • Partner with operational leadership on staffing, workflows, and clinic launch readiness

  • Help build a positive, collaborative clinic culture

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Operations Manager in shared decision-making

  • Support clinic growth and long-term scalability

  • Contribute to systems that position the clinic for regional expansion


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:

    • Target range: up to $130k base salary

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Arizona LBA license required (active or officially in process)

  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership presence

  • Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred

  • Comfort building systems and structure in a startup or growth-stage environment
