Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Locations: Roseville, CA & Rancho Cordova, CA
Salary Range: $85,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Practice Setting: In-Home / In-Clinic
Overview
We are partnering with a well-established, clinician-led ABA organization in Northern California that has been providing services for over two decades. This team is known for clinical consistency, long-tenured staff, and a structured approach to treatment that prioritizes measurable progress and ethical care.
This role is ideal for BCBAs who value clear expectations, strong supervision practices, and stability, and who want to do high-quality work without navigating constant organizational change.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Overseeing clinical programming for a caseload of children receiving ABA services

Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and mid-level staff

Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Reviewing data regularly and making data-informed clinical decisions

Collaborating with caregivers and internal clinical leadership

Ensuring treatment fidelity, ethical standards, and documentation compliance
Caseload & Schedule Expectations

Typical expectation of 25–30 billable hours per week, with flexibility based on clinical need

Gradual caseload ramp-up during onboarding

Sessions are intentionally planned and structured

Mix of home-based services and clinic support

Limited telehealth used primarily for supervision and parent training

Required Qualifications

Active BCBA certification (or in progress / scheduled exam)
