🧠 What You’ll Do:

• 📋 Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans
• 🛠️ Implement and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) across full-day ABA programs
• 🎯 Maintain 20- 25 billable hours per week with 12 clients
• 🤝 Supervise and support RBTs delivering services
• 📂 Document clinical decisions in compliance with Medicaid and payer requirements
• 🧑‍🏫 Provide caregiver training and team collaboration to support generalization
• 🌐 Use Rethink platform for all data collection and reporting

🎓 What You’ll Bring:

• 📜 Active BCBA certification (or sitting within 90 days)
• 🧾 Florida Medicaid credentialed (preferred but not required)
