Recruit ABA is partnering with a mission-driven behavioral health organization in the St. Louis area seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services within an adult-focused ABA program.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys clinical leadership, mentorship, and complex behavioral work, while still remaining connected to direct clinical practice.
Unlike many Clinical Director roles, this position is primarily clinical in nature and does not carry operational or administrative responsibilities, allowing the Clinical Director to focus on clinical quality, staff development, and high-acuity behavioral support.
The organization operates as a nonprofit provider focused on long-term client outcomes rather than billable hour pressure, creating an environment where clinical decisions remain the priority.
Position Overview
The Clinical Director serves as the senior on-site clinical leader and is responsible for maintaining high standards of ABA service delivery while supporting the development of BCBAs and RBTs within the clinic.
This role combines clinical oversight, mentorship, and hands-on involvement with complex behavioral cases, particularly within early intervention populations.
