We are partnering with a new, family-owned ABA clinic in Tempe, AZ seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead the launch of their first location.
This organization was founded by parents of a child with autism who have experienced both exceptional and poor ABA services firsthand. Their mission is to build a high-quality, clinician-led environment focused on outcomes, culture, and long-term impact—not private equity-driven growth.
This is a founding leadership role with the opportunity to build, shape, and lead a clinic from the ground up.

Position Overview
The Clinical Director will serve as the clinical leader of the organization, responsible for establishing clinical standards, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality ABA services.
This role is ideal for a BCBA ready to step into (or expand within) leadership and build a program the right way from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership

Establish and oversee clinical programming and treatment standards

Ensure ethical, high-quality, data-driven ABA services

Maintain a light caseload (~3–4 clients initially)
Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs

Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff

Build a strong, positive clinic culture focused on retention
Operations & Growth

Partner with ownership on clinic launch and growth strategy

Assist with systems, workflows, and program development

Support expansion planning as additional locations are added
Compensation & Structure
• Base Salary: up to $130K
• Billables: No formal requirement at launch
• Bonus: Up to $10k retention-based incentives
• Equity: Potential future opportunity
