We are partnering with a growing, clinician-led ABA organization seeking a BCBA / Assistant Clinical Director for its Aurora, Colorado location. This position offers a hybrid schedule, small caseloads of approximately 7–9 clients, and a leadership component supporting clinic operations and clinical quality. The organization provides services across center-based, school-based, and in-home settings, with a strong emphasis on ethical care, individualized programming, staff development, and family support.

The role includes responsibilities such as conducting assessments and reassessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising and training Behavior Technicians, supporting caregivers, monitoring data and progress, and assisting clinical leadership as needed.

Compensation and highlights include:

• Base salary of $90,000–$105,000

The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with strong interpersonal skills, solid clinical judgment, and experience with supervision and training. Candidates with 3+ years of ABA experience in clinic and/or home-based services are especially attractive.
