We are partnering with a growing, clinician-led ABA organization seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for their Aurora, Colorado location. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys a balance of direct clinical work and team leadership, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This organization is known for its strong clinical foundation, emphasis on ethical, individualized care, and commitment to developing its team. You’ll be working with a manageable caseload  while also playing a key role in mentoring and guiding Behavior Technicians.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, structured support from leadership, and a clear path for growth into senior clinical or director-level positions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Flexible, clinically-driven productivity model (no rigid billable hour quotas; caseload of ~7–9 avg clients naturally supports expectations)
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and progress reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs)
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of care
