💼 Full-Time | Clinic-Based + School Services | 1 Remote/Admin Day per Week
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a growing ABA provider in the St. Cloud / Orlando area that is expanding its clinical team to support increasing demand for services.
This organization provides a combination of clinic-based and school-based services and is focused on delivering high-quality care while building a strong, collaborative clinical environment.
Due to continued growth and a transition in clinical staffing, the team is seeking a Lead BCBA to play a key role in both client care and the development of the clinical team.
Position Overview
The Lead BCBA will maintain a manageable caseload while also supporting team development, mentorship, and overall clinical quality.
This role offers a clear opportunity for professional growth, with the expectation that as the organization continues to expand, the Lead BCBA will take on increased leadership responsibilities and have the opportunity to progress into a Clinical Director position over time (12–18 months).
What This Role Offers
- Compensation: $95,000 – $100,000 total compensation potential
- Caseload: Approximately 12–15 clients

- Schedule: Clinic-based with a mix of clinic and school services
- Flexibility: One consistent remote/admin day per week
- Leadership Growth: Defined path toward Clinical Director as the organization expands
- Support Structure: Administrative and operational support in place
- As the organization grows and additional BCBAs are added to the team, this role is structured to shift accordingly. The Lead BCBA will initially maintain a clinical caseload, with the expectation that caseload and billable responsibilities will reduce over time, creating the opportunity to take on greater leadership, mentorship, and operational responsibilities in line with a future Clinical Director role.
