Confidential Search | Phoenix, Arizona

This search is being conducted confidentially. Full client details will be shared after an introductory call.

Recruit ABA is conducting a confidential search for a Founding Clinical Director (BCBA) on behalf of a growing, clinician-focused ABA organization launching a new center-based clinic in the Phoenix market.

This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who wants more than just a caseload. This role is designed for a clinician who wants to help build something from the ground up, shape the clinical culture, influence hiring decisions, and step into long-term leadership as the organization grows.

About the Opportunity

This role will begin with direct clinical responsibilities during the startup phase, including assessments, treatment planning, parent training, and supervision of clinical staff.
