About the Opportunity
Recruit ABA is partnering with a growing ABA organization in the Santa Rosa area seeking a Mid-Level Clinical Supervisor to support children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder through individualized ABA programming, caregiver collaboration, and clinical team support.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced RBT or ABA professional looking to continue building leadership, supervision, and program management experience within a supportive clinical environment.
The organization emphasizes individualized care, collaboration with families, mentorship, and long-term clinical development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and supervise individualized ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorder
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and provide parent training and education
- Conduct community and in-home visits to review treatment effectiveness and client progress
- Observe direct care sessions and provide coaching and clinical support to team members
- Review behavioral data and treatment reports to help ensure programming aligns with client progress and goals
- Assist with program updates and clinical documentation
- Communicate with caregivers, healthcare providers, and clinical team members regarding client care and progress
- Maintain approximately 70% billable time
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT credential
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Education, or related field
- Minimum 6 months supervising ABA programs or staff
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work fully in-person within the Santa Rosa area
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background clearance and provide negative TB clearance
