Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support RBTs and BTs
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Lead caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor treatment outcomes and clinical effectiveness

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping children and families
