Clinical Director (BCBA)

Colorado Springs, Colorado

Base Salary: $120,000 + Bonus Opportunities

Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership across multiple center-based ABA programs in the Colorado Springs area.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Provide clinical oversight across multiple ABA centers
  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice
  • Support treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and complex case consultation
  • Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and state requirements
  • Continuously improve clinical systems, standards, and best practices

Team Development

  • Directly supervise Center Directors
  • Mentor and develop BCBAs and emerging leaders
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive clinical culture
  • Support BCBA retention and professional growth initiatives
  • Lead and enhance the organization’s Student Analyst program

Organizational Leadership

  • Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding clinical staff
  • Support organizational growth and future expansion efforts
  • Contribute to operational decision-making and long-term planning
  • Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to leadership

Family Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with families
  • Support resolution of escalated clinical concerns
  • Promote transparency, communication, and trust
  • Ensure exceptional client and family experiences

Qualifications

Required

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years post-BCBA experience
  • Previous clinical leadership experience
  • Experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and parent collaboration

Preferred

  • Clinical Director, Assistant Clinical Director, Center Director, or Regional leadership experience
  • Multi-site oversight experience
  • Experience developing BCBA trainees and supervision programs
  • Strong operational and organizational leadership skills

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • No evenings
  • No weekends
  • Primarily center-based leadership role
  • Limited personal caseload (up to 3 clients)
  • Opportunity to focus on leadership, mentorship, and organizational development
