Recruit ABA is partnering with a confidential, clinician-led ABA organization that is expanding throughout North Carolina. We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services while working within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
This organization is known for its strong clinical leadership, low billable expectations, and commitment to supporting BCBAs through mentorship, collaboration, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct parent training and caregiver education.
- Maintain accurate documentation while following ethical and evidence-based ABA practices.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active BCBA Certification
- North Carolina LBA (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Passion for providing high-quality ABA services
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
