Recruit ABA is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a nationally recognized, clinician-led Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization that is expanding throughout Connecticut.

Compensation
Base Salary
$85,000 – $95,000 annually
Additional Compensation
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Quarterly performance incentive program
- Opportunity to earn up to $19,000 annually in bonuses
- Total compensation potential up to $124,000 per year

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you’ll play a critical role in helping children and families achieve meaningful progress through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing parent support
- Monitor patient progress using data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers and fellow BCBAs to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Mentor future clinicians through supervision and professional development
Qualifications
Required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (or eligible for licensure in Connecticut)
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Passion for ethical, evidence-based ABA
- Excellent communication and caregiver training skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete background and drug screening
