Recruit ABA is partnering with a growing, clinician-led ABA organization seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team in the Duluth, Georgia area.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Oversee ABA treatment programs and monitor client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations based on client progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company standards and BACB ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Eligible for or currently licensed in the state of Georgia, if applicable.
