Raleigh & Durham – Hybrid BCBA Opportunities
For clinicians who enjoy working with clients and families in natural environments but also want flexibility outside of direct supervision responsibilities, the Raleigh and Durham opportunities offer a hybrid clinical model.
BCBAs provide hands-on clinical support where needed while maintaining flexibility to complete appropriate indirect responsibilities remotely.
Depending on the caseload, responsibilities may include services across:
- Home
- School
- Community
- Remote/administrative settings
This is not a fully remote position. BCBAs must be comfortable traveling locally to provide appropriate in-person supervision and clinical support.
Cary – Center-Based BCBA Opportunity
For BCBAs who prefer the consistency, collaboration and resources of a clinic environment, a center-based opportunity is available in Cary.
This is a strong option for clinicians who prefer:
- A consistent clinical environment
- Face-to-face collaboration
- Direct access to their clinical team
- Reduced community travel
- Working alongside technicians and clients in a center setting
Fayetteville BCBA Opportunity
We’re also actively seeking BCBAs in the Fayetteville area.
Additional details regarding the clinical structure and service model for this location will be discussed during the introductory conversation.
Clinical Responsibilities
BCBAs will be responsible for providing individualized, evidence-based ABA services while supporting the technicians and families implementing treatment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting behavioral assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Monitoring client progress and modifying programming
- Supervising and training behavior technicians
- Providing caregiver training and support
- Collaborating with families and other members of the treatment team
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Ensuring services meet clinical and ethical standards
Clinical Support & Collaboration
Although BCBAs have autonomy over their caseloads and schedules, they are not operating on an island.
Clinicians have access to an established BCBA team, experienced clinical leadership and ongoing opportunities for case consultation and professional development.
The goal is to provide BCBAs with the independence they want while maintaining the clinical infrastructure and support they need.
