Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Up to $103K Compensation | Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling
Recruit ABA is partnering with an established multidisciplinary pediatric therapy organization in Connecticut that is expanding its ABA team and hiring multiple BCBAs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BCBA, recent graduate, working parent, or clinician looking for greater flexibility and work-life balance.
The organization takes an individualized, play-based approach to ABA with an emphasis on naturalistic teaching strategies rather than a one-size-fits-all clinical model. BCBAs also have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals across speech, occupational, physical, and other therapy disciplines.

What You’ll Do
- Manage an individualized caseload of pediatric clients
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment recommendations
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs
- Create and monitor data-collection protocols
- Supervise and support clinical staff
- Provide staff mentoring, training, and ongoing feedback
- Participate in team meetings to review client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other BCBAs across the organization
- Work alongside professionals from other therapy disciplines to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and evidence-based clinical training
- Help foster a compassionate, flexible, creative, and progressive clinical environment

Compensation
Total Comp: Up to $103K annually (potentially more for well qualified candidates)
Additional Compensation: Monthly billable-hour bonus opportunities
