Location: Millersville, MD
Compensation: $77,000–$85,000 base salary + quarterly bonuses (up to $6,000 annually)

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will oversee ABA therapy services for children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders. This includes supervising a team, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, ensuring high-fidelity implementation
- Train families and caregivers to support treatment goals
- Maintain client records, write reports, and create materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and BACB Code of Ethics
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or a related field
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with developmental delays or Autism Spectrum Disorders
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with ABLLS, VB-MAPP, and Naturalistic Teaching procedures
- Strong background in training and supervising staff
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Technological proficiency
