Eligibility Checklist:

  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree conferred in behavior analysis or other natural science, education, human services, medicine or a field related to behavior analysis.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Experience working in school programs or with pediatric populations is preferred
  • Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license are required to protect personal health information from being compromised during in-home sessions.
  • Physical requirements are critical to keep both you and our clients out of harm’s way. You must be physically capable of performing a range of activities such as running, sitting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs. You must also be able to administer first-aid and CPR in case of emergency situations.
  • You should have prior knowledge of autism or other developmental disorders, experience with children, teens or young adults, and this position must be aligned with your two-year career path.
