Recruit ABA was born out of the love and passion for two industries: Behavioral Health and Recruiting. Siblings, Chad Pearce and Taylor Pearce, BCBA, both respective experts in their industries, formed Recruit ABA in 2021. After years of long discussion about each other’s craft, the two had an “aha” moment; fuse their unique understanding of behavioral health and recruiting to create a true resource for candidates and clients. Since that time, Recruit ABA has formed meaningful and lasting partnerships with ABA focused companies from coast to coast helping them to find the best talent in the industry.

• Orlando, FL: Small family-owned company operating in home and in clinic in the Orlando Area. Seeking a bilingual candidate (English and Spanish). This is the chance to work with a growing team that will have lots of room for career growth and responsibility as they expand.
• Pompano Beach, FL: This non-profit organization has been in business 50 years! They provide a great work-life balance and pride themselves on their centralized “wrap around services” of ABA, speech, and occupational therapy.
• Ft Myers, Port Charlotte, Naples/Lely FL: Primarily clinic based company that has some of the best benefits around!
• Newnan, GA: Established Clinic based company focused on early intervention that includes a low caseload of 6-8 clients, no monthly minimum billable hours and outstanding support!
• Columbus GA: Growing in home and clinic based company with multiple locations in FL and GA.  Strong base salary, benefits, company culture + Monthly bonus.
• Fresno, CA: Clinic based early Intervention focused company. Our client goes above and beyond to take care of their team with benefits such as a 401(k)-profit sharing (average 7-10% of base pay) contributions, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance.
