About Our Client:
• Our Client provides the highest-quality, medically supported therapy to children of all ages with autism and developmental/language delays in Northeast Indiana. BCBAs to provide direct consulting and oversight of programming for children ages 2-29. The BCBAs at work as a team with RBTs, SLPs, and other BCBAs/BCaBAs. BCBAs work in homes, in schools, and in centers. You should be comfortable training parents and team members.

What you’ll do as a BCBA:
• Conduct various skills and behavior assessments for children with autism and other developmental disabilities assigned to caseload
• Design evidence-based treatment plans and interventions based on assessments and evidence-based practice in ABA
• Select appropriate measures and designs data collections systems to capture behavior change, monitor progress, and aid in data-based decision making to maximize client outcomes
• Monitor client progress on treatment plan goals and makes adjustments as needed to interventions
• Ensure that all clinical and client programming and treatment are of the highest quality available
• Supervise, train, and collaborate with BCaBAs, Apprentices, and RBT implementation of treatment plans with fidelity
• Supervises and supports development of excellence in supervisees/apprentices, BCaBAs, RBTs
• Support caregivers and families in meeting caregiver goals for treatment generalization
• Integrate and collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to contribute to the growing scope of our organization
