Position Highlights

Compensation

• Up to $103k total Comp 

• Relocation assistance may be considered

Hybrid Schedule

• 1–2 days onsite at the clinic 

• 3-4 days per week remote for supervision, programming, and documentation

Caseload Expectations

• 25–27 billable hours per week

• Clinic-based services

• No home-based travel required

Typical Schedule

• Clinic hours generally fall between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) will:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs

• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs

• Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data

• Collaborate with families regarding treatment progress

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary clinicians including speech and occupational therapists

• Ensure ethical and clinical standards are maintained across all programming
